Elevated webhook latency · eu-west-1

A spike in outbound traffic from a single workspace saturated our eu-west-1 dispatch pool. Queue backed up for 14 minutes before auto-scaling caught up. No webhooks were lost; replay window covered affected deliveries.

Degraded webhook delivery · multi-region

A regional failover in our EU cluster caused ~3,400 webhooks to queue for up to 92 minutes. All deliveries completed via automatic replay. We shipped a circuit-breaker in v2.18.2 to isolate per-region queues.
