Build the CRM
you wish existed.
Thirty-eight people. Four continents. Eleven open roles. Interviews are paid, scopes are written down, and the "take-home" is a scheduled 90-minute pairing session, not a weekend-long homework assignment.
Ship what you sign up for.
The role description is the role. No surprise scope creep in month two. If priorities shift, we rewrite the JD together.
Paths without management.
Staff and principal tracks that don't require a team under you. We want great ICs to stay great ICs.
Customer access.
Every engineer does a support shift per month. Designers sit in discovery. Nobody ships into a vacuum.

What this job is and isn't.
This is a great fit if you're into...
- Shipping software that a person runs their business on every day.
- Writing public changelogs honestly, including the parts that didn't go well.
- Quiet, focused work. Slack-light culture. Real docs instead of standup theater.
- Boring reliability. We get excited about idempotency tokens.
- Staying an IC, or growing into one of several kinds of lead role.
You might hate this if you want...
- Rapid AI-feature launches every sprint. That's not the product we're building.
- A 24/7 hustle culture. We are strict about on-call rotation and PTO.
- Closed-source playbooks. Our docs, style guide, and interview rubric are all public.
- Skipping the boring parts. We spend a lot of time on schemas and auth.
