Your tickets & RFCs
Product-requests, open RFCs, and high-volume support themes feed the candidate list. Quarterly planning merges them.
Scoped before "Now"
Anything in the "Now" column has a written spec, a test plan, and at least one engineer assigned. "Later" is intentionally looser.
Incremental rollout
Alpha (employees only) → beta (opt-in workspaces) → GA. No big-bang releases. The changelog tracks every movement.
The honest caveat.
"Later" is where ideas go to simmer. Some of them will not get built. We are comfortable saying that out loud because pretending every idea is imminent is how roadmaps lose their value.
If something in "Later" is critical to you, tell us. Customer pull is the single biggest factor that moves an item leftward on this page.
